The 9.5cti-s is the newest addition to the WARN Ultimate Performance winch lineup. A massive protective structure combined with sophisticated operator feedback delivers fast line speeds, and long duty cycles. The perfect winch for the serious off-roader.
This is my 3rd warn winch I have owned in my years of off-Roading. I had no complaints from any but I love this 9.5 on my 2011 JKU, I trail guide and wheel each week at our Off road park and use my winch almost every trip to get other Jeeps over an obstacle and am alwayes pleased with the fast line speed and continues pulling power without fail despite very Heavy use! Thanks Warn for a Tough Reliable winch I know I can depend on every time!!
I use this winch for recovery of my Jeep Rubicon along with my friends Jeeps. I have also used this winch for recovery of vehicles that end up in the ditch in the winter. The things that I like about this winch is that it has a GREAT line speed, lightweight, great outer finish, extra long synthetic line, low AMP draw. Some things that I was not thrilled about was the oversized hawse fairlead, how expensive it ended up being, and how short the cables are from the winch to battery. The problem with my cables that came with my winch was that they could not reach my battery the way that I wanted to route them. The only option that I had was to go over the top of the battery which I was not going to do. So i had to order an extension wire kit from Warn in order to do it right. I believe that this is a problem with 12' and newer because of the new placement of the battery and the new batteries that are found in newer JKs.
Hi, I am wondering what winch and or extra compnonets i will need to fit my 2014 wrangler unlimited rubicon X. I have been hearing conflicting advice. -Chad

Hello Chad, The front bumper on your Rubicon takes a special kind of winch which is available through Jeep. If you want to change up the front bumper it opens up a whole bunch of options. I would at least go with the rating on this winch 9.5 is a good line pull for the weight of your Jeep.

In 1948, Arthur Warn founded Warn Industries to construct locking hubs for surplus World War II Jeeps. Ten years later, the Warn winch was manufactured to fill the need for a reliable recovery tool to aid off-roaders stuck in challenging situations. Since then, Warn has grown to offer a wide range of gear with the hallmarks of durability and affordability. 1988 spawned the aftermarket industry's first ATV winch and today their PowerSports line of winches ranks among the most esteemed in the industry and jeepers call on Warn for electric, hydraulic and severe duty components that get the job done.
